Terms for the BridgeBuild app and platform

The rules for using the BridgeBuild app and this address. Your company's agreement with us governs the service itself.

1. Who these terms are between. You, a member of staff of a company that uses BridgeBuild, and Bridge Street Investments Company, 7 Airport Road, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. Your company's agreement with us governs the service; these terms cover your use of the app and of this address.
2. What the app is. The app is a window into your company's workspace. Your company's own rules on its use apply. Do not use it for anything unlawful; do not try to reach a workspace you were not invited to; do not share your sign-in; do not interfere with the service.
3. Whose information it is. Your company owns the information in its workspace. We process it on the company's instructions, as the privacy notice describes.
4. Availability. We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not promise it. Changes you save while offline upload when a connection returns. A change the workspace refuses is shown to you as needing attention; it is not applied until you resolve it.
5. Evidence. Photos and locations you capture are recorded as evidence under your account name. Capture only what you have the right to capture.
6. Liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the app beyond what your company's agreement with us provides. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Changes. We may change these terms; the date at the bottom changes when we do.
8. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
