From invitation to access

Four steps to your workspace.

  1. Get your company details.

    Ask your company administrator for the workspace name and your own account or invitation details. Use an internet connection. Keep these details with you; do not enter them on this website.

  2. Install the official Android app.

    Open the Google Play listing for BridgeBuild by Bridge Street Investments Company. Install and open it on a supported device. Google Play shows whether it is available for your device.

  3. Connect to your workspace.

    Type the workspace name your administrator supplied. Enter only the name: the app shows the .bridgebuild.app ending separately. Check that you have reached the correct company before signing in.

  4. Sign in with your own account.

    Follow your company's sign-in instructions. The projects and actions you can use depend on your assigned role. If something is missing, ask your company administrator to check your access.

Does downloading the app create an account?

No. Your company arranges your invitation and account access separately. Installing the app does not create a company workspace or change your permissions.

Where do I get the workspace name?

Ask your company administrator for the exact name and your own access instructions. Do not guess a workspace name or send passwords or invitation codes through the marketing contact form.

The workspace name or code does not work.

Check your internet connection and the details your administrator supplied. Ask them to confirm the current workspace name or provide current access instructions. You do not need to reinstall the app or clear its data to check these details.

Can I connect without allowing the camera?

Type the workspace name supplied by your company administrator. This connection path does not need camera access. Camera permission for scanning is separate from any permission needed later to capture evidence.

I can sign in but cannot see a project or action.

Your company manages role and project access. Ask your administrator to check your assigned access. Installing the app does not give you additional permissions.

Can I use everything offline?

Plan to use an internet connection. Do not rely on every screen, action or upload being available offline, or assume a pending change has reached your company's records. Check the result after reconnecting.

Does a photo guarantee where or when work happened?

No. An attached photo is not an independent guarantee of site activity. Camera or gallery origin, location permission and available metadata all have limits. An ordinary uploaded image is not verified site truth.

I received a project or stakeholder invitation.

Follow the link and instructions supplied by that company. Stakeholder access is separate from staff access. Installing the staff app is not a substitute for a valid invitation and the information your company has permitted you to see.
